Shipping Policy
BabyAsap orders ship via Express Overnight Shipping (typically UPS or FedEx). Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days for weekday delivery. Rush processing options are available at checkout. NOTE: Shipping from your partner to you is not included. You or your partner may purchase an overnight shipping label from FedEx, UPS, or a carrier of your choice.
For the purposes of shipping timing: Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. ET may be considered placed the following business day. Shipments are neither sent nor delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays, so these days are not included in shipping calculations nor “business day” calculations. Additional costs may apply for rush processing, for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and certain remote addresses, and for Saturday Delivery. Saturday delivery may be available for an additional cost, for orders placed by 4:00 p.m. ET on Friday.
BabyAsap Kits are shipped in plain boxes with no obvious outside indication of the contents. Certain components should be placed in a freezer on the day they are delivered, so prepare in advance to have a freezer ready at delivery. To reduce the risk of delay, all shipments are sent with “No Signature Required” so be sure someone will be present to receive the shipment at delivery.
Shipments are usually delivered before 8:00 p.m. Tracking updates are sent to the email address provided at checkout. Due to the time-sensitive nature of the shipment and variability of processing, please regularly check your email and tracking.
Shipping Assurance:
Record high volumes of e-commerce orders, public health closures, service disruptions, and adverse weather events may occasionally cause delivery delays. Shipping times are estimated but not guaranteed. BabyAsap is not responsible for delivery delays or failures. If you have a shipping delay or lost shipment, please promptly send us an email at support@babyasap.com with your name, order number, phone number, and a brief description of the problem.
With Shipping Assurance you’re covered in the event of unexpected shipping loss or delay. Shipping Assurance is an optional service that gives you an expedited and hassle-free way to get a replacement for your order when shipping does not go as planned. If the carrier fails to attempt delivery to your valid shipping address by the end of the day after the expected delivery date, or if the shipment is lost during shipping, please send us an email request with the order number including Shipping Protection, and your shipment tracking number. After confirming the loss/delay with the carrier we will ship a replacement. Shipping Assurance does not cover delay or loss after delivery, or caused by you (e.g. wrong address provided).
Return Policy
All orders are Final Sale. Due to the perishable nature of this product, no returns or exchanges are accepted. All purchases are non-refundable. If your order is defective or damaged, or there is any problem with your order, please send us an email at support@babyasap.com with your name, order number, phone number, and a brief description of the problem. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority.
